Terms & Program Conditions
These terms govern participation in the National Director leadership recognition initiative of MBF Universe.
Nature of the program
National Director is an internal leadership and recognition designation of MBF Universe. Participation is voluntary and governed by applicable current program policies.
Eligibility
Only active District Millets Mission Leaders, State Master Franchise cum Super Stockists and National Super Stockists may enter the qualification journey. Eligibility does not guarantee appointment.
No purchase
National Director status cannot be purchased, requested or transferred. It is earned through verified contribution and granted at the sole discretion of MBF Universe management.
Evaluation
Submitted activities, evidence and performance information are subject to verification. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information may result in disqualification.
Benefits
Honorarium, travel support, lodging, event participation and representation opportunities apply to confirmed active National Directors, subject to prior approval, documentation, taxation and applicable policy. Benefits may be revised.
Conduct
National Directors must avoid misleading health, medical or income claims, must respect applicable laws and must represent MBF Universe responsibly at all times.
Review and withdrawal
Status may be reviewed, suspended or withdrawn based on contribution, conduct, compliance or applicable policy changes.
National Director is an internal leadership/recognition designation within the applicable MBF Universe program. Unless separately appointed in accordance with applicable corporate law and formally recorded as such, this designation does not by itself constitute appointment as a statutory director on the Board of Directors of any company.
National Director status is subject to eligibility, verified contribution, evaluation and final approval by MBF Universe management. Benefits, responsibilities, honorarium, travel support and privileges are governed by applicable current program policies.
