Confirmed active National Directors may receive a ₹10,000 monthly honorarium for their National Director service, subject to active-status requirements, applicable policy, documentation, taxation and management approval.

National Director privileges apply to confirmed, active National Directors and are governed by applicable current MBF Universe policies.
Travel Support For Approved Major Events
For eligible and pre-approved MBF Universe mega events, major projects or official assignments, eligible National Directors may receive approved to-and-fro travel support equivalent to Third AC train fare, subject to MBF travel policy and prior approval.
Lodging & Boarding
For approved eligible official programs requiring travel, MBF Universe may provide or reimburse approved lodging, boarding and meals according to applicable event/travel policy.
Priority At National Events
Priority consideration for major MBF Universe conferences, national meetings, leadership programs, webinars, Zoom meetings, project launches and strategic initiatives.
High-Level Representation Opportunities
Priority consideration for authorised stakeholder, institutional, government, industry and dignitary engagements arranged or facilitated by MBF Universe, subject to relevance, protocol, availability, invitation and management approval.
National Leadership Identity
National Director ID, digital identity card, verified profile, appointment / recognition letter, dashboard access, official digital badge, approved social-media profile asset and event identification where appropriate.
Leadership Visibility
Eligible National Directors may be featured through NationalDirector.org, MBF Universe communication platforms, leadership stories, authorised media, conferences, recognition programs and national campaigns — subject to editorial and management approval.
Priority Leadership Communication
A dedicated National Director communication layer for Chairman/leadership updates, priority webinars, national project announcements, leadership tasks, strategic invitations and important organisational communication.
National Project Opportunities
Priority consideration to participate in or lead selected authorised MBF Universe projects based on capability, geography and project requirement.
