The National Director

A recognition that reflects who you have become as a leader

The National Director designation recognises eligible MBF Universe leaders whose total contribution — knowledge, people, community and business — has grown beyond their own district or state.

Not a purchased title

National Director status can never be bought, requested or assigned by seniority. It is earned.

Not sales alone

Business performance is one dimension. Learning, teaching, empowerment and community impact matter equally.

A national responsibility

It is an active leadership role reviewed on contribution, conduct and compliance.

National Director is an internal leadership/recognition designation within the applicable MBF Universe program. Unless separately appointed in accordance with applicable corporate law and formally recorded as such, this designation does not by itself constitute appointment as a statutory director on the Board of Directors of any company.

Privileges

What confirmed National Directors receive

All nine privileges

₹10,000 Monthly Honorarium

Confirmed active National Directors may receive a ₹10,000 monthly honorarium for their National Director service, subject to active-status requirements, applicable policy, documentation, taxation and management approval.

Travel Support For Approved Major Events

For eligible and pre-approved MBF Universe mega events, major projects or official assignments, eligible National Directors may receive approved to-and-fro travel support equivalent to Third AC train fare, subject to MBF travel policy and prior approval.

Lodging & Boarding

For approved eligible official programs requiring travel, MBF Universe may provide or reimburse approved lodging, boarding and meals according to applicable event/travel policy.
